Alex and Yvonne Friedman have over 30 years of combined experience in the food service industry.
Alex graduated in 1986 from Johnson & Wales Culinary Institute in Charleston, South Carolina and has worked in Savannah's finest restaurants including 45 South, Garibaldi's Cafe, IL Pasticcio, as well as the Marshwood Club and Plantation Club at The Landings on Skidaway Island.
Yvonne, originally from Boeblingen, Germany, graduated in 1990 from the Bad Ueberkingen Hotel and Restaurant Business School. Afterward, she worked in fine hotels and restaurants in Germany, Switzerland, and Italy.
Yvonne and Alex met in 1995, while both working at the Savannah Mariott Riverfront. In 1999, they opened Delightful Catering to share their American and European food and service philosophies with the Savannah community.
